Drostanolone propionate (brand names Masteron, Em Drol, outras), also known as dromostanolone propionate, as well as 2α-methyl-4,5α-dihydrotestosterone, is a synthetic anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) and the propionate ester of drostanolone.
